Awesome. Thanks guys!!
Thanks guys!! Look forward to your insight and expertise as we get ready to begin our journey into the fourth season! Not only couldn't, but wouldn't do it without you!
Wow that's pretty cool about the domain. I sent an email to lostlowdown@gmail.com in mid August offering to set up a real site and stuff, but it looks like in September some awesome Tennessean got registered both lostlowdown.com and thelostlowdown.com until 2009 and redirected them to this site!
Welcome back Claude and Justin!
Lost podcastland was just not the same without you two. I missed your unique style of Lost analysis.
Hey guys! Finished the podcast and loved it... but... only four hours? Are you guys feeling alright? (kidding).
I liked the mobisodes, well some of them. I really enjoyed King of the Castle, and Room 23, but I agree that the Ethan one actually detracted from the show!!
My understanding is the premiere is two hours long, can't wait!
Oh, quick note, I liked the way they wrapped up the Dexter storyline, I don't think we could have gone too many more seasons with Doakes suspecting Dexter and it not getting lame. They could have done what they did in the books and removed one of the actors legs, hands, tongue and eyelids, but I don't think the guy was willing to take one for the team.
Also, Lila was tickin' me off. I really felt like it was a good time for her to be killed in a very nasty way, and it was an interesting parallel to the season one finale, Dexter killed someone he had an intimate relationship with in order to protect something important to him (Debra/his own freedom).
I would like to point out that in the books, Debra is aware of Dexter's extracurriculars, but is okay with them.
Dexter's extracurriculars?
extracuriculars=murdering people
Yikes, in the books Debra knows Dexter is a murderer? Strange, but I also hear she isn't obnoxious in the books. I will have to read these.
Yeah, she's cool with it - but she tries to use his murderer insight to advance her career.
Doakes is insane in the books, I'm not quite sure what to make of him.
Oh -- and Cody is a junior serial killer.
So I have this friend named Sadia and when I first met her the instant she told me her name I was reminded of this time Claude accidentally combined Sayid and Nadia's names into one...
You didn't tell her, did you?
I didn't know if you guys knew about this or not, but...
I purchased the Season Three DVD at Wal-Mart (sadly...) and I noticed that it came with a bonus disc. The content on it is brief, but it does have 2 interesting features: a Lost On Location for "Enter 77" featuring Patchy as your tour guide, which is hilarious; and a deleted scene that will resolve in all people's minds just why Kate was bloodied and handcuffed: a mystery that I know has been bothering you guys.
if you want to watch the scene online, it's posted at dvdlost.blogspot.com
