I really didnt like the scene with Myles and Hugo. I guess it's the writers' way of catering to all the "Lost casuals" with ADD. I mean the viewers should figure out this stuff for themselves and not get it explained by the characters.

Janic, I liked it. Although it does serve as an explanation, I think it works quite well just as a funny and realistic scene of characters trying to grasp how the time travel works.

I liked it, plus I think its was setting up the explanation of why Ben didn't remember Sayid in the future in the last scene when Richard said he wouldn't remember.

Don't know just how much he'll forget but it could be an explanation.

Another time they answered a question with the same was when Locke asked "How deep does this elevator go?" and Ben says "DEEP!"

Hadn't noticed the getting stuck on one food thing. They can come up with the craziest twists but not another food, lol.

and of course the infamous:

RADZINSKY: So what are you all hot and bothered about, Kwon? Why is this plane so damn important?

JIN: It just is.

...such nuanced writing

Even the last two episode titles:

Whatever happened, happened:

1: What happened?
2: It happened.

Dead is dead:

1: What is dead?
2: It's dead.
